We collect data from you in written or oral form during consultations and between sessions.
We communicate with you, collect and store your data using Google (https://policies.google.com/terms) and Microsoft (https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-gb/privacystatement), and we also use WhatsApp (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy) to communicate with you between sessions, share material and answer questions. WhatsApp is also used for video calls in case of online sessions. However, if you prefer that we use other means, please let us know. We use your information to personalise the nutritional consultation to your needs.
If needed, we may share this information with other health professionals or personal trainers after
your written permission.
If Parolin Wellness Nutrition deems you are an immediate danger to yourself or others, the confidentiality may need to be broken.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) UK, your consent is the lawful basis on which we rely for processing this information. You consent if you keep using our services and reply to our enquiries. Replying to our enquiries is not mandatory, but you must let us know if you have any health conditions, so we can provide you with safe services.

How we store your personal information
Password-protected database, encoded participant's names and managerial procedures are used
to safeguard and secure your information.
We keep the information mentioned above for 8 years after your last consultation or until you reach
21 years old. We will then delete your information. After that period, we may keep your contact
details if you allow us.

Under data protection law, you have rights:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is
inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your
personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal
