IN-PERSON Nutrition + Wellness Session

Service Description

One IN-PERSON session can last between 45-60 min. It is worth £180, but there is a current promotion at The Grocery location!, so you pay half price. It includes: 30-45 min. of nutritional + wellness consultant session, body composition analysis if relevant/needed (15 min) and alternative therapy exercises (ex. aromatherapy/Patagonian) if desired (5-20 min)+ online support between sessions for 4 weeks after every session+ tailored visual material (educational + menu) + 1 week access to a practical online food and drink tracker (this needs a second session to show you its analysis). Additional studies, such as specific blood tests, genetics, and gut health tests are available at an extra cost. These tests are completely optional, and the relevant test/s for you will be discussed if you are interested. We will send you an online questionnaire before the session to allow us to personalise the session according to your needs and aims, saving you money and time. The number of sessions and frequency needed vary depending on every case. Usually, people need a minimum of 3-4 sessions, separated by at least 1 week between sessions. However, we will work with you to shape the most comfortable plan for you. All sessions are done with AfN & SENr registered nutritionist Bren Parolin. Onsite sessions are especially recommended for people trying to lose weight, at least for the first, third/fourth and last sessions. If you start at The Grocery location, the session is already at a 50% discounted price and this would be respected for all the future sessions you would book, including the online ones. You can also split the onsite session in 2 shorter ones if you need to; just contact us before booking. Please also get in touch if you prefer a date that is not currently offered.
